Born and raised in Los Angeles, Jae Cream grew up immersed in the city’s creative energy. She began her career as a professional dancer, where she developed an understanding of how teams operate behind the scenes, and how precision, preparation, and collaboration determine outcomes long before they’re seen publicly.
Jae spent over a decade in luxury fashion, notably with LVMH and Kering, advising some of the world’s most influential clientele on Rodeo Drive. Once again immersed in an environment where every detail mattered, she developed a deep appreciation for the refinement, consistency and talent that distinguish exceptional brands.
She later joined several leading recruitment agencies specializing in luxury fashion retail, leading end-to-end search assignments. Over time, Jae recognized that fashion brands needed more than recruitment support, they needed a strategic search partner with genuine industry expertise, stronger representation, and an unwavering commitment to quality. That realization led to the launch of Fashion Recruits.
Our client portfolio is intentionally limited to five brands at at a time, ensuring every search is led with the dedicated attention and strategic focus required to achieve winning placements. Each relationship begins with a consultation to determine mutual fit before any commitments are made.
