Born and raised in Los Angeles, Jae Cream grew up immersed in the city’s creative energy. She began her career as a professional dancer, where she developed an understanding of how teams operate behind the scenes, and how precision, preparation, and collaboration determine outcomes long before they’re seen publicly.

Jae spent over a decade in luxury fashion, notably with LVMH and Kering, advising some of the industry’s most influential clientele on Rodeo Drive. Immersed in an environment where every detail mattered, she developed a deep appreciation for the standards, precision, and people that distinguish exceptional brands.

She later joined several leading recruitment agencies specializing in fashion, luxury, retail, and consumer brands, leading end-to-end search engagements. Over time, Jae recognized that fashion brands needed more than recruitment support, they needed a strategic search partner with genuine industry expertise, stronger representation, and an unwavering commitment to quality. That realization led to the launch of Fashion Recruits™.

Today, Jae personally leads every search at Fashion Recruits™, partnering with a select portfolio of brands to ensure their approach to talent reflects the same standards that define their business.
